Abstract :
[en] Liquid Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (LSIMS) and Fast Atom Bombardment (FAB) are routinely used, often coupled with MS/MS techniques , as ionization methods, to analyze the structure of oligopeptides. Here we report the use of Electrospray (ESI) to analyze oligopeptides under various experimental conditions to check wether the use of ESI could alone be sufficient for their structure elucidation.
