[en] In this talk I will present our work on searching for short-period pulsating hot
subdwarfs in TESS data from the Southern hemisphere. We applied pre-withening
techniques to the short cadence (SC, two minutes) and ultra-short cadence (USC, 20
seconds) TESS observations of about 2000 hot subdwarf candidates in the Southern
ecliptic hemisphere. We have detected signals in the p-mode region in 40 objects that
we confirmed to be hot subdwarfs according to their spectra. Eleven targets were
observed only in the SC mode, while 29 were observed in the USC mode. We have 10
new detections in the SC data and 7 new detections in the USC data, while the
remaining 1 (SC) and 22 (USC) are hot subdwarf pulsators that were known prior to
the TESS observations.
