Abstract :
[en] The sequence of loose deposits of the ancient Pafy clay pit was first attributed to the
continental final Oligocene and recorded as such on the Geological Map of Belgium. Subsequent
studies led to its displacement to the Plio-Pleistocene boundary. Recently opened sections in the
context of a residential development have allowed us to provide new data that support and clarify
the above-mentioned revisions.
