Abstract :
[en] Over the past decade, there has been a growing trend for organizations to experiment with new work arrangements and hybrid ways of working. Such endeavors require setting up open-ended projects that unfold over long periods of time and mobilize multidisciplinary project teams. To date, there has been little acknowledgement of the project management struggles that arise when translating ideals of flexible work into concrete organizational practices. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the concrete challenges that arise in the early project stages of implementing New Ways of Working projects.
