Abstract :
[en] Lymphomatous disease of the gynecological tract is rare and may be primary or secondary. Most of the time, these are non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma type. The low incidence of this type of disease and its non-specific clinical and radiological presentation often lead to delayed diagnosis. Some radiological features are useful to know in order to evoke the possibility of gynecological lymphoma, thereby avoiding unnecessary surgery and the associated morbidity and mortality. Using a case report, we show the complexity of the diagnosis and the importance of imaging.
