Abstract :
[en] The purpose of this article is to highlight the preponderant place occupied by Pedro Páramo (1955) in Humo, a novel written by the Ecuadorian writer Gabriela Alemán and published in 2017. Humo establishes numerous links with this novel that belongs to the Latin American boom. Several structural, stylistic and thematic coincidences that have to do with literary fragmentation catch our attention. Thus, through this work, we will demonstrate how Pedro Páramo is inserted in the textual fabric of a novel of the XXIst century.
