Independent administrative authorities and the sectoral ‘Europeanisation’ of national administrative law : a European Union law perspective

This working paper builds upon research conducted within the first Work Package of the ERC EUDAIMONIA project. It compares how, across different EU policy fields, the EU legislator requires the Member States to set up administrative bodies. It also highlights two important open questions that this approach brings about.
