[fr] L'épicondylite latérale, également connue sous le nom de « tennis elbow », est une pathologie courante chez les joueurs de tennis et l'un des syndromes de surutilisation les plus fréquents en médecine générale. Cette affection tendino-périostée est caractérisée par des micro-déchirures intra-tendineuses, une désinsertion tendineuse progressive et une cicatrisation pathologique. Elle est fréquente chez les joueurs de tennis récréatifs, touchant principalement les individus âgés de 30 à 50 ans. L'épicondylite latérale peut avoir un impact significatif sur les performances sportives. Dans cette revue narrative de la littérature, nous discutons des différents moyens de prévention de cette pathologie, incluant les éléments techniques, les équipements et les pratiques hygiéno-diététiques.
