Abstract :
[en] This study focuses on the conditions of transition from organizational experimentation to institutional experimentation in the field of sectoral social dialogue in the health care sector. More specifically, we wish to analyze the conditions of emergence of a new form of collective action in a highly structured social context and its capacity to mutate into institutional experimentation. To answer this research question, we propose an original analytical framework designed to put into perspective the institutionalization process underway, as well as the trajectories that this type of experimentation can follow over time.
