[en] This work is a part of SusDens project which aims to identify the potential driving factors of urban residential densification over time and space It involves method to model and simulate a futuristic scenario of densification through 3 D Cellular Automata and evaluate the effect of densification on land and real estate values, quality of life and urban heat island(UHI), thus encouraging a sustainable future
