Abstract :
[en] In 2001, Edoardo D'Angelo discovered in the Book of Gomorrah (ca. 1049), famous denunciation of clerical sodomy, a remarkable intertextuality with the Pastoral Rule of Gregory the Great. The importance of this model cannot be underestimated, especially since it introduces a tone of moderation and pastoral humility into the text. Using three search engines (Cross Database Searchtool, Patrologia Latina Database and Google) as well as the innovative technologies of textometry and deep learning, this contribution wishes to pursue this first observation by exposing new borrowings from Pope Gregory, hitherto unidentified. We will see that he leaves his mark not only at the ideological level of the treaty, but also in its textual organisation.
