[en] The present contribution aims at answering in a quantitative way the question: is there a relationship between urban heat island and urban potential ? If such a relationship exits, it tries to quantify it and to answer the following questions : - would the potential model allow the representation of the heat island phenomenon ? - If so, in which conditions ? [fr] La présente contribution vise à répondre de manière quantitative à la question: existe-t-il une relation entre les îlots de chaleur et les potentiels urbains ? Elle s’attache à quantifier cette relation dans la mesure où elle existe, et à répondre aux questions : - le modèle de potentiel permettrait-il de représenter le phénomène d’îlots de chaleur ? - et si oui, dans quelles conditions ?
