[en] The present invention relates to a new medical device comprising polyhydroxyurethane, particularly a catheter or a prosthetic heart valve and a method of manufacturing thereof. The present invention also relates to the use of the medical device to load and release a bioactive molecule, particularly an antibacterial or anti-thrombotic molecule.
