Abstract :
[en] A study about taste and salivary dysfunctions was initiated among head and neck cancer patients irradiated from one month to five years. An oncology nurse took a prominent part in the research : obtainment of patient consent, practical arrangements, assessment of deficits by questionnaire , measurements of changes in gustatory thresholds and appreciation of effectiveness of salivary substitutes.
