Abstract :
[en] This series consists of a cycle of conversations about cultural heritage, materiality, immateriality, disposal and constitution of collections in museums and outside them. The idea is to reflect on controversial and current issues related to clothing and Brazilian identities related to public goods considered cultural heritage. Two seasons of the series are planned for the period from September/2021 to October/2022 that coincides with the post-doctoral project of Rita Morais de Andrade supervised by Prof. Dr. Manuelina Maria Duarte Cândido held at the Université de Liège.
In this episode, the guest Indyanelle Marçal presents her experience as a doctoral researcher with an important theme for the field of clothing studies in Brazil: the ways of dressing women Iny Karajá.
