Abstract :
[en] The feasibility of an internet support for larynx cancer patients on radiotherapy was tested. An advise group of survivors and a monitoring team of health professionals were selected , all on a voluntary basis. E-communication was very favorably considered. Several important conditions of disinterest were pointed out. Their fulfillement is absolutely required to allow this new tool to increase compliance to treatment and better quality of life. [fr] La faisabilité d'un support par internet de patients recevant une radiothérapie pour un cancer du larynx a été testée. Un groupe de conseil fait de survivants et un encadrement par des professionnels de santé ont été constitués , tous sur base volontaire. La perspective d'une communication par internet a été très favorablement accueillie. Plusieurs conditions importantes de désintérêt ont été mises en évidence. Leur satisfaction apparaît comme un préalable absolu à l'application de ce nouvel outil susceptible d' augmenter la compliance au traitement et accroître la qualité de vie.
