Abstract :
[en] This research aims to provide a better understanding of how architects and end-users interact on housing projects. As a first step, we are approaching the subject through literature. Based on Kitchenham’s work (2007), we adapt a systematic literature review protocol (SLR). The role of the architects, their postures and practices are reviewed in relation to the users’ needs and expectations. We discuss the extent of interaction encountered through literature, from traditional discursive meetings to participatory practices. This SLR serves as basis for further research aiming for a renewal of interactional practices in the housing architectural field.
