Abstract :
[en] Orthodontists have to be able to identify AI mechanisms in orthodontics applications, in order to use them as enablers, or to reject AI automatisms if necessary (in an out of norms case, for example).
AI applications are more and more frequent: cephalometry, previzualization of treatment results, remote dental monitoring, patients tailored brackets or archwires, tooth aligners, ... These applications impact the diagnosis but also tailored orthodontic treatments.
