[en] This article discusses three talatat blocks (29/137, 29/358, and 27/45) that were discovered in the IXth pylon of Karnak. These blocks originate from a list of taxes collected in various temples across Egypt by Amenhotep IV/Akhenaton for the benefit of the cult of Aton in Karnak. They refer to ceremonial chariots in connection with specific festivals. The paper aims to publish these talatats – with pictures and fac-similes – and to discuss the question of the ceremonial chariots in the broader perspective of the cultural reception of these vehicles in pharaonic Egypt.
