Paleolithic survey in the Pariz region, Southern Iran [Le Paléolithique dans la région de Pariz, Sud iranien]

[en] This paper reports the result of an archeology survey in the Pariz region, situated in Kerman Province, in the southeastern of Iran. This investigation was only identifying Paleolithic sites. The Paleolithic sites have been discovered in the Zagros Mountains, central, north, and northwest of Iran, but the southeastern part is somehow still unknown. That is just the first part of a bigger survey carried for our Ph.D. The sites include 11 caves, and the 9 open sites found in Pariz all of which are located in an area of approximately 150 square km. © 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS
