Abstract :
[en] New technologies do not always raise new legal issues. We should therefore focus on technological change rather than discussing new technologies. What is new in time might not be new in kind. Filiation between outer space law and cyberspace law illustrates well this argument. Acknowledging historical continuity, we assess the relation between bioethics and the regulation of artificial intelligence.
