Abstract :
[en] Based on my practice in a functional rehabilitation centre for adults suffering from psychopathologies, I question the gap between clinical observations and scientific literature, between the failure rate and the requirements for re-entering working life. This study analyses the definition of mental health advocated by the WHO, conceived from its feedback with socio-economic factors, its relationship with activation policies as well as their effects on the psychological task of identity re-working imposed on patients.
