[en] The present deliverable can be seen as a summary of the project proposal. It presents its objectives, the selected methodology to reach them and the main expected outcomes. This deliverable can be used as reference basis for the project monitoring as requested in the “RFCS Information Package 2019”. The state-of-the-art is not reported herein as another deliverable (Deliverable 1-2: Background document) is dedicated to it, which is submitted at the same deadline as the present document.
