[en] The capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo is one of the major African cities without an air quality monitoring network. Yet several publications seem to confirm the deterioration of air quality in Kinshasa. In this work, we present a first study conducted in Kinshasa, based on remote atmospheric observation of trace gases such as nitrogen dioxide.
