Abstract :
[en] The history of drug metabolism during the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century were reviewed in depth by Bachmann and Bickel and Conti and Bickel , and these articles are highly recommended. In this course, we review some basics in drug pharmacocinetic and pharmacodynamics. The body composition-related pharmacokinetic changes are seldom considered in the provision of drug-related services in patients with heart and liver failure, or in pregnancy or in patients with cachexia. So we discuss in detail about these special conditions in this course.
