Abstract :
[en] Vaccination is still today the greatest victory of medicine against most of infectious diseases, and this triumph was acquired only after a long history that started hundred of years ago. Nevertheless, irrational anti-vaccination movements emerged worldwide during recent years and are now one of the ten major threats against public healthcare according to a recent report of the World Health Organization (WHO). More than ever, it is essential to inform with honesty and integrity our citizens about the safety and efficiency of current available vaccines.
