[en] Recent international systematic reviews highlight the effectiveness of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy to treat patients with Sleep Disordered Breathing and OSA. In this presentation, we expose sleep ENT and orthodontists to evidence-based exercises for adults, when associated or not to more conventional treatment. In children, we promote prevention of SDB by restoring nasal breathing and good orofacial functions.
