[en] Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, especially Mouth Breahting, can be associated with Sleep Disordered Breathing. In this communication, we overview how those disorders are related in children and how Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is effective to prevent Sleep Apnea. [fr] Les troubles oro-myofonctionnels, en particulier la ventilation buccale, peuvent être associés aux Troubles Ventilatoires du Sommeil. Dans cette communication, nous passons en revue les relations entre ces troubles chez l'enfant et l'efficacité de la thérapie oro-myofonctionnelle dans la prévention du Syndrome d'Apnées Obstructives du Sommeil.
