[en] Our latest efforts for the design of scalable diversity-oriented flow strategies toward the preparation of bioactive compounds will be illustrated with the emphasis on amination reactions and thermal rearrangements on ketone backbones. Selected targets include active pharmaceutical ingredients and psychotropes.
