[en] This training intended to give keys for success in a PhD:
1. Know about competences, roles and actions developed during your PhD
2. Know about researcher’s professional attitude : project management, Ethics, Open Science
3. Develop efficient collaboration in researchers' environment (supervisor, colleagues)
It was delivered to 15 doctoral researchers in the Framework pof the EU ITN Enigma.
