[en] This presentation highlights 3 tools developped by Université de Liège (R&D Department) towards career development of researchers: CUPPD ( 3-months training for PHD candidates), PRSL (blended training for future PIs) and 56 tools to stimulate gender-sensitivity in research. It is a source of inspiration for staff in charge of researchers careers developement or for researchers themselves.
