Abstract :
[en] On 1/1/2017, the strengthened HRS4R procedure has been entering in force for implementing the European Charter and Code. This revised scheme is based on the exprience and on upcoming monitoring requirements related to indicators for prgress/quality, recruitment Policy, embedment, etc. This presentation will remind the basic for being awarded HR excellence in resarch, including OTM-R that is now mandatory for institution starting the renewal cycle.
This communication is an introduction to OTM-R importance as part of the charter and code principles and actions to be implemented within this context. It was presented at the 2017 Erasmus staff training Master Class on HRS4R.
