Abstract :
[en] On 1/1/2017, the strengthened HRS4R procedure has been entering in force for implementing the European Charter and Code. This revised scheme is based on the exprience and on upcoming monitoring requirements related to indicators for prgress/quality, recruitment Policy, embedment, etc. This presentation will remind the basic for being awarded HR excellence in resarch, including OTM-R that is now mandatory for institution starting the renewal cycle.
