Abstract :
[en] We estimate the fraction of gravitational lens systems among quasars that Gaia will detect. Modeling the population of intervening deflectors by means of a Singular Isothermal Sphere lens model, we find that a fraction of 0.6% of quasars will consist of multiple lensed QSO images. This leads to an expectation of nearly 3000 multiply imaged Quasars to be discovered by Gaia over the whole sky.
