[en] Conjunctival stitches might be tricky on a thin conjunctival graft. They are often responsible for ocular inflammation. The use of fibrin glue permits a conjunctival surgery without stitches. It is a real improvement in pterygium surgery. It helps the surgeon and improves the patient comfort.
