[en] Description of what we have been doing at the University of Liège regarding the soft-skills training program for PhD candidates and researchers. It was presented as a testimony to the Re@WBC participants in Novi Sad, Serbia. The objective was to stimulate an intensive exchange of experiences and best practices between the different participants.
