Abstract :
[en] This working paper summarises, in a descriptive fashion, the main features and principles of the single economic entity doctrine in both EU competition and U.S. antitrust law. It offers an overview of the legal criteria taken into account to determine the existence of a single economic entity and speculates how this affects the sanctioning of those single entities.
