Abstract :
[en] In this presentation, I outlined the different scopes of judicial review maintained in the EU Courts' case law when reviewing competition law infringement decisions. I made a distinction between standards maintained in relation to European Commission decisions and national authorities' decisions and questioned to what extent EU law governs and structures those review standards.
