Abstract :
[en] The interpretation of Article 101 TFEU - the cartel prohibition - has been the object of significant modification in the wake of the European Commission's modernised and more economic approach towards EU antitrust law. This article analyses the different components of Article 101 TFEU and demonstrates how the EU Courts (the Court of Justice and the General Court) have proceeded in trying to reconcile that more modern approach with the rigours of legal interpretation.
