Abstract :
[en] The three categories that require environmental restoration are identified in: the urban void, the nodal area (intersection between the waterfront and the penetration axis) and the Promenade. The project proposes the re-sewing by creating a pedestrian area. The intention is to re-introduce urban continuity - actualy lost - through green design, urban furniture items and modest buildings for cultural activities. The coast system is redefined through an arrangement of green material that makes identity and thickness.
