[en] A method for synthesizing compds. labeled with any isotopic element is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of prepg. the labeling agent, labeling a precursor in the form of a protected substrate, pre-purifying and deprotecting same, and forming a final soln. of the resulting compd. The deprotection step, in which the labeled precursor is converted into a labeled compd., is performed directly on a solid medium in a column or a cartridge. A device for synthesizing the labeled compd. according to said method is also disclosed. Thus, 2-[18F]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose and 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-trifluoromethanesulfonyl-β-D-mannopyranose were prepd.
