Abstract :
[en] NIR Hyperspectral Imaging coupled with SVM chemometric tool is proposed as an alternative method to the tedious and time-consuming hand sorting step needed before root quantification using the soil coring method. This method was applied to quantify roots under a winter wheat crop.
