Abstract :
[en] Since the introduction of electroencephalography in 1930, epilepsy and his "equivalents" have migrated from the field of psychiatry to that of neurology. A great number of psychiatric clinical pictures remain nevertheless marked by the scal of comitiality and dominated by what Szondi called "paroxysmality". By integrating epilepsy in his pulsional pattern, Szondi has contributed to its being maintened in the psychiatric field. His own work, based on his test and that of Françoise Minkowska, based on the Rorschach test, help in early recognition of the signs of this common, paroxysmal illness, of which little is known ans which is therefore badly treated.
