Abstract :
[en] Discusses the use of a microcomputerized letter to attending physicians as a practical application of the Association for Methodology and Documentation in Psychiatry system. This letter can be sent to referring physicians to inform them of a specialist's opinion of a patient. The format of the letter is standardized, but the psychiatrist can express a diagnosis, therapeutic advice, or other views.
