Abstract :
[en] The spherical astronomy of the 19th century was based on the formulae of Bessel. The author exposes those of the 20th century. The superficial fluidity of the Earth being established, by geology and the existence of diurnal nutation, this is the theory of motion of the crust that forms basis to the spherical astronomy.
