[en] We report here the case of a 33-year-old woman admitted in hospital for eclampsia. An infectious course led to the diagnosis of tuberculosis breast abscess with laryngitis and tuberculous bilateral excavated bronchopneumonia. The isolated strain demonstrated resistance to the principals antituberculous agents. However outcome was favorable after cesarean and treatment adapted to sensitivity studies.
