Het Weens Koopverdrag

This book offers a collection of contributions discussing the main provisions of the Vienna Sales Conventions. Starting with a chapter on the scope of application of the Convention, the book includes among others chapters on the rights and duties of seller and buyer, the remedies available to parties and the various provisions relating to the termination of the sales contract. The emphasis is on the application of the Convention in Belgium : reference is made to provisions of the Uniforme Sales Laws and to its application by Belgian courts. The contributions also include reference to the (then existing) case law of other Contracting countries.
