[en] Starting from a rather ordinary judgement of the Court of justice in the field of consumer law, this chapter examine where in the legal reasoning behavioural insights could add something and how they could be used in practice. [fr] À partir d'un arrêt assez ordinaire de la Cour dans le domaine du droit de la consommation, ce chapitre analyse ce que pourrait être l'apport des sciences comportementales au raisonnement du juge et comment ces apports pourraient être utilisés en pratiques.
