Digital Holography; Optical Metrology; Aspherics Testing; CO2 lasers; Long Wave Infared
Abstract :
[en] Digital holographic interferometry at long infrared wavelengths allows monitoring large
deformations of space reflectors during vacuum-thermal testing. We present different optical
schemes and an application to the complex case of elliptic reflector.
