Mise en place d'un système de management environnemental

The project aimed at providing synthetic and operational guidelines to the managers of companies willing to begin a procedure of environmental management system (EMS). After an introduction, summarizing the EMS principle, the document presents the different steps of the protocol and the useful recommendations at each step. The different possibilities of assistance are also presented (on-line web sites, teaching or administrative resources). Two annexes are provided : a first one devoted to environmental performance indicators and a second one to the management review writing.
