[en] The Carnival of Binche and the Processional giants and dragons of Mons and Ath are the first Belgian elements recognized as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. This communication introduced them and thinks about the importance of this heritage and about the dangers that get to it.
